We strive to ensure accuracy in product descriptions, colors, and pricing. However slight variations
may occur due to screen resolution or personal device configuration.

Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s payment gateways.
  

Order Acceptance

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or technical errors.

However if the order is mistakenly received due to any technical glich, the customer shall be duely informed and refunded.

Limitation of Liability

Shekhleela Design Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or website access.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Mumbai.
