Returns Eligibility

  • Unpacking Video of your order received from ShekhLeela is a must to first process for returns / Exchange

  • Returns shall be accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

  • Products with stains, perfume, or damage will not be accepted.

Exceptions for Delicate Products

  • Light-colored garments, silks, hand-embroidered pieces may not be eligible for return/exchange due to risk of damage.


Reverse Shipping

  • If pickup is unavailable, customers must self-ship the product.

  • A ₹150 credit note may be issued to cover reverse shipping costs.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items are strictly non-returnable.

  • Customized or discounted products are not eligible for return.
