Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds
As a company policy , we do not provide refunds on any product sold, We offer a “Credit Note”, valid for a year from the date of issue for the orders approved for return based on genuine circumstantial evidences.
Exchanges
Requests for exchanges must be raised within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged/Defective Items
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos. We will arrange a replacement / exchange, subject to availability, Else “ Credit Note” is applicable incase of damaged / defective product received.
Exceptions for Delicate Products
