● GENERAL
By placing an order with ShekhLeela Design Studio, you confirm that you are at
least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms of Service in full. We reserve the
right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
● PRODUCTS
- All products are subject to availability
- Product colours may slightly vary due to photographic lighting and screen
display settings
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time
- Sizes are as per our size chart — please refer to it before placing an order
● PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST
- We accept online payments only — Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
- Prices are subject to change without notice
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment
● ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS
- All sales are final — orders cannot be cancelled once placed
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing
errors, or suspected fraud
- In the event we cancel your order, a full refund will be issued to your
original payment method within 5–7 business days
● SHIPPING
- We ship pan-India and internationally via Shiprocket
- Shipping charges are as displayed at checkout
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public
holidays, or unforeseen circumstances
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner once the order
is dispatched
- International orders may be subject to local import duties and customs charges,
which are the buyer's responsibility
● EXCHANGES
- We do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for India orders only, subject
to our Exchange Policy

● INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website — including logos, images, designs, product
photographs, and text — is the exclusive property of ShekhLeela Design Studio.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may
result in legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957.
● LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ShekhLeela Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our
maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.
● GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall
be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
